Episode 3: Invoke Michael Curtis
This week our party’s wizard burned his Strength, Agility, and Stamina down to 1 to max out his Invoke Patron check and ended up rolling a natural 20. A portal opened to the Plane of Looming Deadlines and out stepped out the indefatigable Michael Curtis. Michael is the author of several DCC RPG adventures and a contributing writer for the DCC RPG core rulebook. He also penned the award-winning “Dungeon Alphabet” and “Stonehell Dungeon,” a classic-style megadungeon.

Thanks. Listened to the show. Good job once again!
creating a monster was great! great show!
That was great, good job guys. Maybe you’ll talk to Kovacs or Goodman in future episodes? I loved the discussion of inside stuff likes jokes and the development of the game.

What movie is “Hand over the Princess, or prepare for wizarldy combat!” from?? I need to see whatever that quote was sampled from.
We get this question alot. It’s “Lords of Magic”
Dude! Thanks! I’ve been looking for an excuse to get all up in Stonehell Dungeon… it will now be mine in 2-7 days : )
I picked up Michael Curtis’ Stonehell, and I see no reason why it couldn’t be converted rather easily to work with DCC. There are actually some elements in this puppy that are VERY much DCC.
Quite good to be able to listen to a dcc rpg podcast in Belgium ;D In my country the dcc #77.5 “The Tower Out of Time” was not available, so how purchase a pdf on internet?
Best Regards
Well, its official. You done made me order a copy of DCC RPG. The awesome wizard cover. Now I’ll be torn between writing straight-up OGL modules and trying to write a DCC module. But its a crisis I’m willing to endure. Thanks…awesome podcast. Makes me nerdblurt.
